1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jeetbux. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeetbux ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through jeetbux, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jeetbux and close your account if one has already been opened. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by jeetbux, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket markets, live casino games, slots, virtual games, and any promotional or bonus offers. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jeetbux.

2Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of jeetbux is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the account remains active:

• You are 18 years of age or older. jeetbux does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing jeetbux from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jeetbux.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from jeetbux under any previous account.

jeetbux reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

3Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on jeetbux. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetbux is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copies
• Valid Bangladesh passport — photo page
• Driving licence issued in Bangladesh
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months) confirming your residential address
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) used for deposits or withdrawals

All KYC documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified English translation. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in full colour. jeetbux reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet these standards and to request alternative documentation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jeetbux will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact support@jeetbux immediately. jeetbux accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the player.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeetbux processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfer: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Islami Bank Bangladesh, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability and issuing bank approval)

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jeetbux is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account. jeetbux does not charge any deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account is held by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during standard Bangladesh business hours (BST, UTC+6), Monday through Sunday. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed without additional documentation unless a review is triggered by unusual account activity.

Withdrawals are paid back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, jeetbux will contact the player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. jeetbux reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on jeetbux are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used throughout the platform for all monetary values. jeetbux does not offer multi-currency accounts.

5Bonuses & Promotions

jeetbux offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including the Daily Reload Bonus programme and seasonal promotions aligned with key Bangladesh events such as BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time the bonus is offered. Where these Terms conflict with individual promotional terms, the individual promotional terms take precedence in respect of that specific bonus.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT to a designated bonus balance and may only be used for betting and gaming on jeetbux. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. jeetbux reserves the right to specify different wagering requirements for individual promotions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• jeetbux reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time in the event of suspected abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts, or colluding with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. jeetbux employs automated and manual systems to detect such behaviour. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided and may be permanently closed without prior notice.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet or wager placed on jeetbux is final and binding once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. jeetbux is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game type, and event. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface at the time of bet placement. jeetbux reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

jeetbux reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: manifest error in odds or pricing; data feed failure; event abandonment or postponement beyond the settling period; evidence of match-fixing or corrupted event outcomes; or any technical failure that materially affected the bet placement process. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket markets on jeetbux — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Test matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by sport-specific rules published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform. In-play markets are subject to additional rules regarding delayed data and interruptions. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing in-play cricket bets.

6.5 Casino & Slots Games

All casino games (including live dealer tables and RNG slots) are supplied by third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles in the jeetbux game library. Results generated by RNG-based games are independently certified for fairness.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbux. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual (duplicate accounts)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using jeetbux while under the age of 18
• Attempting to access jeetbux using a VPN, proxy, or any anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account bans
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with jeetbux in a non-human manner
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer any part of the jeetbux platform
• Using jeetbux for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeetbux staff or other players via any communication channel
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting jeetbux support to resolve a dispute

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their jeetbux account at any time by contacting support@jeetbux. Before an account can be closed, all pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn. Accounts under an active self-exclusion period cannot be closed until the exclusion period has elapsed, except where closure is requested as part of a permanent self-exclusion.

8.2 Closure by jeetbux

jeetbux reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months); or instructions from a relevant authority.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jeetbux will notify the player by email prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant account balances will be held in accordance with applicable regulations. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support@jeetbux.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from jeetbux for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of 6 months, up to a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of the request being received. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player's account will be locked and all marketing communications will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion. 9Limitation of Liability

jeetbux provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. While we target 99.9% platform uptime and invest heavily in infrastructure reliability, brief interruptions may occur — particularly during major sporting events such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup matches when platform traffic is at its highest.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbux's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetbux shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of jeetbux, even if jeetbux has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jeetbux accepts no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks. In the event of a data feed failure during an in-play cricket market, bets affected by the outage may be voided at jeetbux's discretion in accordance with Section 6.3 above.

10Amendments to These Terms

jeetbux reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jeetbux homepage. The revised Terms will include a new effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of jeetbux after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using jeetbux immediately and contact support@jeetbux to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
